How it STARTED.
I grew up in Edo State watching my uncle repair outboard engines. He worked metal the way other people speak — quickly, without hesitation. I learned to look at material as something with a temperament long before I learned to call what I do sculpture. Formal training came later: clay modelling, life drawing, and years of foundry work where mistakes are expensive and permanent. That discipline still shapes how I build. Nothing goes to bronze until the clay is right. Today the studio sits off Benin Road in Edo State — part workshop, part quiet room. Figures in progress line the walls under damp cloth. Commissioned pieces travel from here to homes, hotels, corporate lobbies and public squares.
